Marketplace Services
In addition to app templates, the Boottify marketplace offers services — add-ons and integrations that extend your platform's capabilities.
What Are Services?
Services are platform-level features or third-party integrations that complement your applications:
- Database Services — Managed MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Redis instances.
- Monitoring — Application monitoring and alerting add-ons.
- CDN — Content delivery network integration.
- Email — Transactional email service providers.
- Storage — Object storage for file uploads and media.
Browsing Services
- Navigate to Marketplace → Services.
- Browse available services with descriptions and pricing.
- Click a service for detailed information and configuration options.
Service Management (Admin)
Admins manage marketplace services:
- Add services — Create new service listings with descriptions and configuration.
- Edit services — Update service details, pricing, and availability.
- Remove services — Remove services from the marketplace.
- View usage — Monitor which applications use each service.
Integrating Services with Applications
Once a service is provisioned:
- Connection details (URLs, credentials) are provided as environment variables.
- Add these variables to your application's configuration.
- The service is automatically connected and ready to use.
