Plan Management (Admin)

As an admin, you define the subscription plans that users can purchase. Plans control pricing, resource limits, and feature access.

Viewing Plans

  1. Navigate to Admin → Plans.
  2. View all plans with their status, pricing, and subscriber counts.
  3. Active plans are available for purchase; archived plans are hidden.

Creating a New Plan

  1. Click New Plan.
  2. Fill in the plan details:
  • Name — Display name (e.g., "Professional", "Business").
  • Description — Brief description of what the plan includes.
  • Pricing — Monthly and/or yearly price.
  • Trial Period — Optional number of free trial days.

Resource Limits

Define the resources available on each plan:

  • CPU — Number of CPU cores or millicores.
  • Memory — RAM allocation in MB or GB.
  • Storage — Disk space in GB.
  • Applications — Maximum number of deployable apps.
  • Users — Maximum team members.

Feature Assignment

Select which features are included in the plan:

  • Check features from the available list.
  • Higher-tier plans typically include all features from lower tiers plus extras.
  • Feature availability is enforced by the platform when users access restricted functionality.

Editing Plans

Click on a plan to edit:

  • Update pricing, resources, or features at any time.
  • Changes to pricing only affect new subscriptions.
  • Existing subscribers remain on their original pricing until they change plans.

Plan Operations

  • Copy Plan — Duplicate a plan as a starting point for a new tier.
  • Archive Plan — Hide a plan from new purchases (existing subscribers are unaffected).
  • Delete Plan — Remove a plan (only possible if it has no active subscribers).

Subscription Overview

Monitor subscriptions from Admin → Billing → Subscriptions:

  • View all active subscriptions with plan, user, and billing details.
  • Pause or cancel subscriptions when needed.
  • Process upgrades or downgrades for users.
