Managing Your Profile and Settings

Profile Management

Keep your profile up to date to ensure smooth communication and accurate billing information.

Basic Profile Information

Navigate to Settings → Profile to update:

  • Display Name — How your name appears across the platform.
  • Email Address — Your primary contact email (used for sign-in and notifications).
  • Phone Number — Optional contact number.
  • Company — Your organization name (shown on invoices).

Uploading an Avatar

  1. Click the avatar circle or the Upload button on the profile page.
  2. Select an image file (JPG, PNG, or WebP, max 2 MB).
  3. The image will be uploaded and applied immediately.

Your avatar appears in the sidebar user menu, comments, and anywhere your profile is displayed.

Address Information

Under the Address section, you can add:

  • Street address, city, state/region
  • Postal/ZIP code
  • Country

This information is used for billing and invoicing purposes.

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to Settings → Security.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter and confirm your new password.
  4. Click Update Password.

Password requirements: minimum 8 characters, at least one uppercase letter, and one number.

Extended Profile

The extended profile section allows you to add additional information such as your job title, bio, website URL, and social media links. This information is optional but helps personalize your presence on the platform.
