Orders and Checkout
When you purchase a plan or service on Boottify, an order is created and processed through a secure checkout flow.
Order Flow
- Selection — Choose a plan, template, or service from the marketplace or pricing page.
- Cart Review — Review your selected items and pricing.
- Checkout — Proceed to secure payment via Stripe Checkout.
- Payment — Enter or select your payment method and complete the transaction.
- Confirmation — Receive an order confirmation with details and receipt.
- Provisioning — Your purchased resources are automatically provisioned.
Stripe Checkout
Boottify uses Stripe Checkout for secure payment processing:
- You're redirected to a Stripe-hosted page for payment.
- All card details are handled by Stripe — Boottify never sees your card number.
- After successful payment, you're redirected back to Boottify.
- If you cancel, you're returned to the previous page with no charges.
Order History
View all your orders from Orders in the sidebar:
- See the order date, items, total amount, and status.
- Order statuses include: Pending, Completed, Cancelled, and Refunded.
- Click any order to view full details.
After Purchase
Once your order is completed:
- An invoice is automatically generated and available in the Billing section.
- If you purchased a plan, your application's resources are updated immediately.
- A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel an order or request a refund:
- Contact support through the Help & Tickets section.
- Include your order number and reason for the request.
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
