SEAT-BASED PRICING
Boottify uses seat-based pricing for team plans. Each seat represents one team member who can access your organization's projects.
One seat per user
Each team member requires one seat, regardless of their role or permissions.
Flexible scaling
Add or remove seats at any time. Changes are prorated to your billing cycle.
Volume discounts
Enterprise plans include volume discounts for larger teams (50+ seats).
ADDING & REMOVING SEATS
Navigate to Settings → Billing → Team Seats to manage your organization's seat count.
Adding Seats
New seats are available immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Removing Seats
Removed seats take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Make sure to remove team members first.
Automatic Seat Management
When you invite a new team member and have no available seats, a new seat is automatically added to your plan. You can disable this in billing settings.
BILLING CYCLE
Your billing cycle starts on the day you subscribe and renews automatically.
Monthly Billing
Charged on the same date each month. Ideal for growing teams.
Annual Billing
Save 20% with annual billing. Charged once per year.
Proration
When you add seats mid-cycle, you're charged only for the remaining days. When you remove seats, you receive credit toward your next invoice.

Access your invoices and manage payment methods in Settings → Billing.

View and download all past invoices in PDF format.
Payment Methods
Add credit cards, debit cards, or set up ACH bank transfers.
Billing Contacts
Add additional email addresses to receive invoice notifications.
Usage Reports
Export detailed usage reports for accounting and budgeting.
